“Noah is the most easygoing and competent guide ever. He swiftly assessed our skill levels, made sure we understood everything. Double checked our safety, and ensured we understood everything before we embarked. He delivered the most stellar, out of this world, amazing experience for me and my daughter. He brought us to the limits of our abilities with poise, precision, and audacity. We made 3 pitches up the rock and 2 repels down, easily one of our top life experiences. My daughter is on her way to college, and she said this experience really helped her to put her issues/problems/drama in perspective. “I engaged Equinox Guiding Service to arrange a trip into Baxter State Park for the purpose of summiting both Hamlin and Baxter peaks (Kathadyn). We set aside a week in February to accomplish this goal. Prior to the trip proper Noah sent a gear list necessary to complete the tasks with safety as the main concern. We met the day before and did a gear check. Throughout the remaining days Noah acted in accordance with a set of values linked to the “Old Maine Guide” ethos of service and safety. We achieved our goal in rapid time and were back at our Chimney Pond leanto site safely. Throughout this trip Noah listened to my concerns and addressed them in a professional and caring manner. I highly recommend Noah and Equinox for their Professionalism and attention to detail. I could not have been in better hands.”

“Noah took my coworkers and I climbing in Camden, and was most of our first time climbing outside. Right away Noah established a positive atmosphere, and prioritized safety and risk management throughout the day. He was very calm and patient teaching, and I felt at ease and ready to climb!

Throughout the day Noah was incredibly encouraging and super fun. I learned so much in one day and climbed harder things than I thought I would. The pacing of the day was great, with a good mix of learning new things then trying them out for ourselves. I can't wait to get back out there, and I look forward to climbing with him again!”

“Spent the whole day with Noah in Acadia NP. 2 of us in party, both moderate climbers. Had a GREAT day climbing. Noah started us on a multi-pitch on South Wall. Great climbing and cool views of the Park from the top. Noah was fun and safe, and put us on routes that were both challenging and fun. Great communication and he let us do our thing getting up the rock. We finished the day on Otter Cliffs. Not to be missed! We’ve used climbing guides all over the West and in Europe. Noah is at the top of the list.”
